Wouldn’t it be great to have one appliance that could handle every kitchen-related task? Since that’s far from happening yet, it’s important to have the right blend of appliances.
Since every kitchen’s size, décor etc. are different stuffing it up with random appliances can make it appear cluttered and messy and neither will all be useful. So to make things easier for you guys today I am going to break it down to the 5 most important appliances every kitchen must have.
One of the most important utensils that you’ll be using almost every day is the pressure cooker and while people are still skeptical about its use over a slow cooker, in my opinion, its performance is top-notch and fits perfectly well even into the smallest of kitchens but if you’d still like a slow cooker my advice would be you get an instant pot, a win-win situation for those considering buying both.
Love baking desserts and cakes? Then a good stand mixer is a machine that’s simply put indispensable.
Not only will it make tasks such as kneading dough or mixing batter effortless and hands-free but save you plenty of time to grab a cup of tea or a beer pint.
For those just starting out with baking, a smaller and compact hand beater is perfect for tasks such as whipping a couple of eggs, mixing a small batch of cake batter or vanilla frosting etc.
This is one multi-purpose equipment for your kitchen. From chopping and dicing veggies for your salad and dips, pureeing tomatoes for the dinner meal to powdering herbs and spices for daily use there’s not much a food processor can’t do.
Preferably go for a bigger model since they are more durable, reliable and efficient and come with attachments even for baking purposes but if you’re on a tight budget a mini model should do equally well.
Probably not one of the first appliances to come to mind but that’s only until you use it. It’s one of the most widely used appliances and one every tea or coffee lover will use 4-5 times a day.
It boils water at a speed of 10x faster to that of a stove and is energy efficient and saves you tons of time, a game changer in its own right and thus a must have on my list.
If you’re not into tea and coffee I am sure you’ll love a glass of smoothie or fresh fruit juice and unless you have hulk like hands squeezing them out probably isn’t as an option and this is why you need a blender or a juicer but remember they aren’t the same. Read about their differences here.
Irrespective of the machine you pick always opt for the top models since they’re the most powerful and come with multiple attachments, setting and are reliable.
